Summary of this volume: The Annual Technology, Applied Science and Engineering Conference (ATASEC 2021) is an annual, reputable event organized with a motivation to provide an excellent international platform for academicians, researchers, engineers, industrial participants, and research students to share their research findings. ATASEC2021 was performed online using the Zoom platform on September 14th15th, 2021. ATASEC2021's theme was Emerging Research in Vocational Education for Industrial Technology Revolution. It provided an international forum to present advances in the state of the art, identify emerging research topics, and together define the future of these exciting research domains.
