Summary of this volume: The 7th International Conference on Advancement in Science and Technology 2021 (iCAST2021), with the theme of Physical Science for Life, was organized by Kulliyyah of Science, International Islamic University Malaysia on 24th 26th August 2021. The aim of this conference was to explore, encourage, and further strengthen collaborative research avenues related to the role of physical science in the underlying description of the life sciences as well as application thereof for benefit to the community at large. Multidisciplinary scientific research combined expertise from differing fields in effort towards solving realistic problems in a challenging world. This conference became a platform to allow more conducive discussion between researchers to better understand the intricacies and detail of given disciplines embedded in a multidisciplinary effort while at the same time allowing for constructive criticism and further appreciation of such works.
