Volume 3293: The 2nd International Conference on Mathematics and Mathematics Education (ICMMEd) 2023

Summary of this volume: The International Conference on Mathematics and Mathematics Education is a biennial conference that started in 2021. The aim of The 2nd International Conference on Mathematics and Mathematics Education was to be a platform where scientists in mathematics and mathematics education could exchange knowledge and ideas which can contribute to improving and developing the quality of learning and teaching Mathematics. The conference was focused on the implementation of teaching and learning mathematics in the era of independent curriculum (called in Bahasa Indonesia as Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar). This curriculum emphasizes how to maximize teaching and learning by using all possible learning sources, especially digital tools. The proceedings contain papers that describe the innovation of teaching and learning mathematics, such as the use of smartphones and their application in developing mathematics learning.
