Volume 2149: 15th International Conference on Concentrator Photovoltaic Systems (CPV-15)
By Myles Steiner, Mathieu Baudrit and César Domínguez
Volume 2149 is the proceedings of 15th International Conference on Concentrator Photovoltaic Systems (CPV-15) (25–27 March 2019, Fes, Morocco)
Title information
Summary of this volume: The 15th International Conference on Concentrator Photovoltaic Systems (CPV-15) continues a series of events that started in 2002. Concentrator photovoltaics (CPV) is a technology where optics are used to concentrate the sunlight onto high efficiency solar cells. From the beginning the conference has been devoted to technical and scientific aspects, and the conference series quickly became the main event for the CPV community.
The conference proceedings contain papers that reflect the state of the art and give a comprehensive overview of CPV. The papers are written by the most prominent scientists and engineers active in the field of CPV. Specific topical areas include solar cells, modules and systems for low- and high-concentration applications; concentrator optics; field experiences of CPV systems; tracking for CPV; characterization; reliability; and standards for CPV technology.
These proceedings will be of interest to: Physicists, materials scientists and engineers working in semiconductors, optics, optoelectronics, photonics, molecular electronics, device design and fabrication.
