Summary of this volume: MEDEX is a unique event, which takes place every two years since 1997. It gathers the attention of the theoretical and experimental physicist working in the field of exotic electroweak interactions and in neutrino physics. In recent years we have incorporated the topics of dark matter detection. It is an event dedicated to the discussion of models and techniques, at a lively level, with round the table discussions at the end of each day, to provide the community with state of the art information about progress and difficulties in the field.
