Summary of this volume: The third bi-annual international conference on engineering domain was conducted by the Faculty of Engineering, The University of Surabaya (UBAYA). The conference first started in 2017. This year, the InCITE 2021 focuses on levering smart engineering. The main conference topics include smart design and innovation, smart manufacturing and processes, power system and smart energy management, and the role of IT in innovation management. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, InCITE 2021 was held as an online conference. Online conference opens the opportunity for many researchers around the globe to share their findings and learn from other global researchers with less restrictions.
