Summary of this volume: The first International Conference on Recent Trends in Pure and Applied Mathematics (ICRTPAM-2021) was held on September 2-3, 2021 at Phuket Rajabhat University, Phuket, Thailand. ICRTPAM provided an international meeting for sharing and discussing the latest research and knowledge in pure and applied mathematics. The main objective of ICRTPAM-2021 was to bring experts and young researchers together for the exchange and dissemination of new ideas and techniques among those working in the field of Mathematical modelling and computational techniques with applications especially in the field of engineering sciences, as well as how those ideas apply to industry.
