Summary of this volume: The International Scientific and Practical Conference on Innovations in Engineering and Technology (ISPCIET), for the fourth year now, served as a platform for reporting and discussing latest results and trending technologies in the field of modeling and automation of technological processes and productions, materials science and mechanical engineering, materials processing technology, as well as innovative technologies in the development of convergent solutions in engineering and technology. ISPCIET 2021 was organized by the Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University and was held in Veliky Novgorod, Russia, on June 28-29, 2021. The conference was attended by 140 people, including 46 online-participants: scientists from universities in Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, USA, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine. The conference organizers express their sincere gratitude to all participants.
