Summary of this volume: The 4th International Annual Meeting on STEM Education (IAMSTEM 2021) was held in the National Museum of Marine Science & Technology, in Keelung, Taiwan, on August 12?14, 2021. STEM Literacy for New Asia was the theme of IAMSTEM 2021. For Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), interdisciplinary and integrated education has become an international trend all over the world. Students literacy, interest, practical knowledge, and experience in STEM along with innovative ability through new STEM courses are an important way to be competitive in New Asia, which encourages students to invest their efforts in science and technology-related careers. The IAMSTEM 2021 proceedings consist of 171 papers relative to five topics: Physics Education, Computer Science and Technology, Industry, Mathematics, and Biology. The proceedings provide a starting point for establishing an international network to facilitate future science and engineering technologists in the academic and industrial fields.
