Summary of this volume: The International Symposium on Physics and Applications, ISPA, is an annual symposium organized by Department of Physics, Faculty of Sciences and Data Analytics, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Indonesia. Following the success of the 1st ISPA in 2020, the 2nd ISPA aimed to be a platform in exchanging ideas and discussions among physicists particularly in Indonesia and more broadly at the international level. These proceedings contain papers that describe the state of the art for physics and its applications written by prominent students, scientists, and engineers active in the field, addressing the research topics of theoretical physics, modelling, and computational physics; laser and optoelectronics; instrumentations and acoustics; earth sciences and geophysics; bio and medical physics; and material physics.
