Summary of this volume: The AISCE conference was firstly held in 2003, in Banda Aceh. The aim of the conference was for civil engineers to share their experiences and research. The 3rd AISCE 2021 provided an excellent forum for sharing the knowledge and research findings amongst academicians, professionals, and governments. Topics of interests covered all theoretical, computational, and practical aspects of Civil Engineering.
