Summary of this volume: MAENS was the first conference in the Tver region of the Russian Federation partnered with an international publisher in the field of natural science and engineering. The main scope of the conference was to promote informing scientists and practitioners about the most promising areas of research and achievements in the fields of the natural sciences and engineering.
