Summary of this volume: The first International conference in computational science and data analytics was organized by the Institut Fizik Malaysia (Malaysian Institute of Physics) together with the Institute of Computer Science & Digital Innovation UCSI, Department of Actuarial Science & Applied Statistics UCSI and the Centre for Data Analytics, University of Malaya. The scientific objective of the conference was to provide a forum for interaction involving national as well as international speakers in the area of Asia and Oceania. The scope of the conference covered the following topics: Artificial Intelligence, Computational Physics, Computational Mathematics, Computational Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Information System & Management, Educational Technology, and Soft & Quantum Computing.
