Summary of this volume: Because of the importance of exchanging and discussing the ideas about the results of new scientific research and innovations, and in order to provide the opportunity for participation to the most significant number of researchers, the Petroleum Engineering Department at the Al-Amarah University College (AUC), in cooperation with the Missan Oil Company (MOC), held its first virtual conference on oil and gas (AUCOGC) on 1-2 February 2022.
The conference aimed to promote scientific cooperation between various universities, scientific institutions, and companies concerned with studies, research, and petroleum business in their diverse fields.
The topics of the conference were subdivided into the following themes: Exploration and petroleum economy, reservoir engineering, drilling engineering, production engineering, processing and oil refining, data science, and environmental pollution.
These proceedings will be of interest to: postgraduate students, scientific researchers, petroleum specialists, and academics.
