Volume 2990 is the proceedings of 15th International Conference on X-ray Microscopy (XRM2022) (19–24 June 2022, Hsinchu, Taiwan )
Title information
Summary of this volume: The International Conference on X-ray Microscopy (XRM) was initiated in the 1980s by two of the XRM pioneers, Prof. Dr. Günter Schmahl and Prof. Janos Kirz. It began as a triennial event but switched to biennial meetings after 2008 to accommodate the rapid development of XRM and to strengthen the ties of academia and industry interactions. Fourteen XRM conferences have been held over the past 40 years. It has evolved into one of the biggest and the most important meetings in the field of X-ray Microscopy. The proceedings contain papers that describe the most recent development of optics for X-ray imaging, methodology, instrumentation, as well as scientific applications conducted with the XRM. This volume of proceedings provides a comprehensive summary of XRM2022 written by prominent scientists and engineers active in the field and is expected to serve as a valuable reference for the XRM community.
These proceedings will be of interest to: the X-ray microscopy user community (materials and chemical sciences, geosciences and environmental sciences, biology and medicine, nanoscience), optics and metrology, and individuals in scientific data management.
