Volume 2902: The 8th International Symposium on Applied Chemistry (ISAC)

Summary of this volume: The proceedings contain the papers presented at the 8th International Symposium of Applied Chemistry ISAC2022, held in hybrid mode on 22-23 September 2022 at the Graha Widya Bakti, KST BJ Habibie, Serpong, Indonesia. This was the eighth consecutive annual symposium since 2015 organized by the Research Center for Chemistry, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). This conference aimed to gather academics, scientists, and professionals from several disciplines of applied chemistry. By carrying the theme “Advanced Chemistry Breakthrough for A Better Future,” the 8th ISAC 2022 brought together well over 100 presenters and participants from diverse backgrounds such as university lecturers, researchers, and students. The scientific program consisted of plenary and parallel sessions with various topics including analytical chemistry, catalyst and catalysis, chemurgy, process design and chemical engineering, hyperbranched and macromolecular chemistry, organic and natural product chemistry, as well as surface chemistry and nanoparticles.
