Volume 2896: The 7th International Conference on Quantitative Sciences and its Applications (ICOQSIA2022)

Summary of this volume: The 7th International Conference on Quantitative Sciences and its Applications (ICOQSIA2022) was hosted by the School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia. ICOQSIA2022 aimed to share, discuss, and spread knowledge of the most recent theories, issues, and practices among academicians and practitioners in multidisciplinary areas related to quantitative methods. The theme of this conference was “quantitative sciences for exploiting and abridging sustainable solutions.” The theme was divided into five sub-themes which focused on theory and developments in statistics and/or mathematics, applied statistics and/or mathematics in multidisciplinary research areas, operational research and decision sciences, business analytics for data-driven decision making, and quantitative data analysis using surveys and experimental studies. This conference aimed to stimulate thought-provoking issues and suggestions for sustainable solutions using mathematical, statistical, and computational models. Thus, this conference was a platform for disseminating fresh ideas and techniques that have potential for other exciting research projects.
