Summary of this volume: The International Conference Central European Symposium on Thermophysics 2022 (or CEST 2022) was designed to meet an increasing demand for a meeting of researchers in the field of thermophysics in a broad sense. CEST included invited lectures and oral and poster presentations. The objective of the symposium was to discuss the results of academic and industrial research and exchange invaluable experiences in the areas of thermophysical properties of materials, heat transport and heat storage, physical models and computer simulations, experimental measurements, design and development of advanced sensors and apparatuses, energy and environment, energy management, etc.
