Summary of this volume: The 3rd International Conference on Key Enabling Technologies 2023 (KEYTECH2023) continued a series of events that started in 2019, aiming to bring leading academics, scientific researchers, and industry people from fundamental and multidisciplinary engineering fields to exchange and discuss current scientific developments and share research ideas of mutual interests. Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) have been identified as group of technologies that enable innovation in a variety of products and services across wide range of industries.
