Summary of this volume: The XIII International Scientific and Practical Forum Environmental Aspects of Sustainability of Construction and Management of Urban Real Estate, was a continuation of a long-standing series of events fostering international scientific collaboration. Organized by the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City and the National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, the forum brought together experts from Russia, Vietnam, and other Asian countries.
