Summary of this volume: The Makassar Conference of Applied Sciences (MCAS), formerly known as the International Multidisciplinary Conference of Applied Sciences, was launched in Makassar in early 2023. This year, the conference focused on the theme "Synergizing Research and Innovation for Mitigating Climate Change." Its main objective was to create a prominent academic platform for the exchange of the latest research among scholars and industry practitioners.
