Volume 1925: Diverse World of Dusty Plasmas
By Zdenek Nemecek, Jiri Pavlu, and Jana Safrankova
Volume 1925 is the proceedings of 8th International Conference on the Physics of Dusty Plasmas (20 –25 May 2017, Prague, Czech Republic)
Title information
Summary of this volume: The 8th International Conference on the Physics of Dusty Plasmas continues a series of events that started in 1996. The conference focuses on all aspects of complex (dusty) plasmas. Due to a similarity with condensed matter, such systems are widely employed to study fundamental processes, such as waves, instabilities, phase transitions, etc. Specific topical areas include fundamental physics of dusty plasma (theory, simulations, experiments, and analysis techniques), waves in dusty plasma, dusty plasma in space and atmospheres, dusty plasma under microgravity, magnetized dusty plasma, and dusty plasma as a model system.
These proceedings will be of interest to: Any level of researcher in plasma physics, space physics, and complex plasmas.
