Summary of this volume: The Fourth International Conference on Quantum Technologies, which took place at the Radisson Royal (Ukraina) Hotel in Moscow in July 2017, was a biennial event organized by the Russian Quantum Center. The event brought together 244 participants from 17 countries. The 38 contributed talks and 90 poster presentations included such topics as superconductivity, quantum optics, ultra-cold atoms and molecules, plasmonics, photonics, optomechanics, cold neutrons, many-body theory, and polaritons in solid state systems.
