Volume 2063 is the proceedings of 2nd International conference Modern Synthetic Methodologies for Creating Drugs and Functional Materials (MOSM2018) (15–17 November 2018, Yekaterinburg, Russia)
Title information
Summary of this volume: In 2017, the 1st International conference “Modern Synthetic Methodologies for Creating Drugs and Functional Materials (MOSM2017)” was organized, and more than 100 of participants from Europe, Asia and Africa took part in this event. On November 15-17th 2018, the 2nd International conference “Modern Synthetic Methodologies for Creating Drugs and Functional Materials (MOSM2018)” took place in the city of Yekaterinburg, Russia, and more than 200 scientists from Russia and worldwide were participating. The scope of the conference includes not only application of modern synthetic methods, including green chemistry methods, for the synthesis of new organic compounds and functional materials, but also the synthesis and applications of new chemosensors and fluorophores, environmental chemistry methods, inorganic chemistry and biochemistry, as well as agricultural chemistry and modern methods in crop protection. The main topics of the conference are new synthetic methods, including PASE- and "green chemistry" methods, for the needs of medical and pharmaceutical chemistry; environmental chemistry, including chemosensors and extractants of the industrial wastes; reactions of direct -C-C- and -C-X-coupling for the synthesis of bioactive molecules, chemosensors and fluorophores; supramolecular chemistry, molecular recognition and chemistry of functional materials; inorganic and coordination (bio)chemistry and biophysics; food chemistry, phytochemistry, agricultural chemistry and modern methods in crop protection.
These proceedings will be of interest to: MS students, PhD students, undergraduate students, Postdocs, young researchers, and research fellows.
