Summary of this volume: The 2nd International Conference on Chemical Process and Product Engineering 2019 is organized by the Department of Chemical Engineering at Diponegoro University. This conference is the continuation of the first successful ICCPPE in 2016, which was the new form of National Seminar on Chemical and Process Engineering, held by the Department of Chemical Engineering at Diponegoro University regularly for more than 15 years. ICCPPE 2019 covers 10 topics including energy conversion and management, process optimization, advanced and smart material development, bioprocess and biochemical engineering, food science and technology, separation and purification technology, modelling, simulation, control and analysis of manufacturing processes, heat, mass and momentum transfer, clean production and waste management and chemical reaction engineering and catalysis.
