Summary of this volume: The 2nd International Conference on Bioscience, Biotechnology and Biometrics is an annual conference conducted by Bioscience and Biotechnology Research Centre, University of Mataram, Indonesia. The conference was held in summer of 2019 August 13-14 in a beautiful part of Lombok Island, Senggigi. This years conference was more successful compared to last year as more speakers and experts gathered around from several parts of Indonesia and also other countries to share their valuable knowledge of current updates in bioscience, biotechnology and biometrics in improving human life and prosperity. Notable mentions to Prof Hazama from Fukushima Medical University, Prof Budi Setiadi Daryono from Gadjah Mada University, Prof Lim Phaik Eem from University of Malaya, Prof Julian Heyes from Massey University, and Prof Wisnu Jatmiko from University of Indonesia for their highly appreciated contributions as keynote speakers.
