Summary of this volume: The Conference on Theoretical Physics and Nonlinear Phenomena (CTPNP) 2019 is an annual meeting on theoretical physics and nonlinear phenomena in Indonesia. Following the success of the fifteen previous meetings, the sixteenth one takes a theme of "Excursion from Vacuum to Condensed Matter." These proceedings contain papers which present a rigorous mathematical and computational approach to problems of physics and nonlinear phenomena, and mathematical foundations of physical theories. They also provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Theoretical Physics and Nonlinear Phenomena.
