Summary of this volume: The International Youth Scientific and Practical Conference under the auspices of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences is an annual educational event of the International Youth Scientific and Practical Forum "Oil Capital". The purpose of the conference is to discuss topical issues of the new smart economy model based on the innovative transformation of the oil and gas industry, the formation of a favorable environment, and the creation of conditions for the Autonomous Okrug to become a technological springboard for Russia in the development of the North and the Arctic. Within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists "Technologies of the Future of Oil and Gas Producing Regions" (RAS), 3 scientific sections worked in the following areas: "Modern technological solutions in the oil and gas industry, "Industrial development: from idea to technology," and "Ecology. Green Technologies.
