Summary of this volume: International Symposium on Food and Agrobiodiversity (ISFA) was an international symposium organized by Indonesian Food Technologists (IFT) and supported by the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences of Universitas Diponegoro. These proceedings contain papers that discuss the topic of Agricultural Production Systems, Agricultural Biotechnology, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture and Food Waste, Food Processing and Engineering, Food Safety, Food Security, and Food for Well-being. These papers were presented in the 3rd ISFA, as a continuation of the previous ISFA in 2014 and 2017. ISFA has been organized to share the idea and experience in the field of food and agrobiodiversity. This progress of the field is important to share since feeding the fast-growing global population is undoubtedly one of the biggest challenges the human race faces.
These proceedings will be of interest to: undergraduate students, graduate students, lecturers, researchers, industry workers, and governmental officers who work with food and agrobiodiversity.
