Title information
Summary of this volume: The VII International Forum Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications 2021 was held at the Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University, Izhevsk, Russia. This annual scientific event gathers scientists, postgraduate students, and technical specialists to discuss their most significant achievements in fields of electronic instrumentation engineering, electronic means, telecommunications, information technologies, and other associated disciplines. Main topics in this volume include acoustical methods in microscopy and non-destructive testing, sensors of pressure and dielectric parameters, accelerometers and gyroscopes, radars and lidars, composite materials evaluation, video streaming in Flying Ad hoc Networks, wireless and sensor networks, machine learning methods in object recognition, grasping tasks and text genre classification, and underwater tracking of moving objects. Report topics that aroused great interest of the IEET-2021 Forum participants include new concepts in knowledge-based engineering by A. Lobov, thermal exposure optimization in frozen blood plasma processing by V. Lemondzhava et al., development of VR technologies for training of specialists in X-Ray non-destructive testing by E. Kovshov et al., and new approaches to improve performance of frequency filter by selecting the fractional-order transfer function with optimal parameters by J. Koton and D. Kubanek.
These proceedings will be of interest to: PhDs; researchers with or without scientific degrees; postgraduates; industry specialists working in fields of instrumentation engineering, radio engineering, laser systems, material science, telecommunications, robotics, implementation of machine learning, and signal processing; and reviewers.
