Volume 2672 is the proceedings of 39TH MEETING OF DEPARTMENTS OF FLUID MECHANICS AND THERMODYNAMICS (13–15 October 2021, Horní Be?va, Czech Republic)
Title information
Summary of this volume: The meeting of the Departments of Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics has a long tradition. Since the year 1981, professors and experts from Czech and Slovak universities who have provided education in the area of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics have taken part in the meeting annually. Measurements and calculations of variables in the process of fluid flow, fluid flow visualisation, and flow parameter optimisation in thermal and hydraulic machines were presented in conference contributions. Contributions dealing with thermodynamics were focused on heat and mass transfer, practical applications of the latest knowledge in the area of mechanics of gases, measurement of energy systems, and efficiency of the use of renewable energy sources.
These proceedings will be of interest to: graduate students, PhD/postdocs, and industry officials.
