Title information
Summary of this volume: The 7th International Symposium on Earth Hazard and Disaster Mitigation (ISEDM) 2017 is an annual symposium that has been conducted since 2011. The symposium is hosted by Graduate Research on Earthquake and Active Tectonics, Faculty of Earth Science and Technology – Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB). The aim of the symposium is to bring together knowledge of earthquake hazard from multidisciplines, including seismology, geodesy, geology, meteorology, oceanography, civil engineering, and environmental science. The symposium was divided into several topics, such as earthquake seismology, tectonic geodesy, earthquake geology, seismic hazard, tsunami, landslide, hydrometeorological hazard, volcanic hazard, and geospatial analysis for disaster risk reduction and community-based disaster mitigation.
These proceedings will be of interest to: Researchers with interest in geohazard and disaster mitigation topics, including geology, geophysics, geodesy, and other topics. This proceedings provides recent information of geohazard and disaster risk reduction in Indonesia.
