Summary of this volume: This conference is the 33rd in a series of Turkish Physical Society Congresses held every year and endorsed by the Turkish Physical Society. The Turkish Physical Society 33rd International Physics Congress was held on the Bodrum Municipality–Herodot Culture Center on September 6 – 10, 2017 in Konacık-Bodrum, Turkey. The Congress provided a setting for reviewing and discussing recent developments in a wide variety of 11 physics topics, namely Astrophysics and Cosmology, Atomic and Molecular Physics, Energy, Physics Education and Philosophy, Statistical Physics, Mathematical Physics, Medical Physics, Nuclear Physics, Applied Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, and High Energy and Plasma Physics.
