Volume 1990: NANOINNOVATION 2017

Summary of this volume: NANOINNOVATION 2017 was designed to provide opportunities for industry professionals, academics, researchers, managers, students, and investors, and for the exchange of ideas on nanotechnology trends and best practices. NANOINNOVATION 2017 addressed people already skilled in nanotechnology but also those who would like to be trained in the field, provided detailed information about innovations by companies active in the nanotech field, and represented a unique opportunity to show the scientific results to the industrial world. The meeting fostered stronger interactions between scientific and technological communities, with the aim of building a new integrated community, able to define innovative targets and support the transfer of skills and know-how in nanotechnology from laboratories to companies and to market. The topics were varied, including, but not limited to, nanocharacterization techniques, new materials and graphene, nanophotonics, aerogel, nanotribology, health and medical devices, nanotoxicology, textile, agro-food, and aerospace.
