Summary of this volume: 1st International Conference on Mathematical and Related Sciences was held 30 April-4 May 2018 at IC Hotels Santai Family Resort, Antalya, Turkey, with the sponsorship of Düzce University. The central aim of this conference was to share knowledge and results in theory, methodology, and new advances and research results in mathematical and related sciences. It focuses on new trends and approaches for mathematicians, scientists, researchers, and engineers. Current research in computational and applied mathematical sciences requires multi-disciplinary knowledge, not only in sciences and engineering, but also in computing technologies. This conference offered academic researchers, developers, and practitioners an opportunity to discuss various aspects of computational and applied mathematical sciences and engineering-related computational methods and problems-solving techniques for science and engineering research. Benefits: This conference provided a forum for faculty members, engineers, and scientists in academic, industry, and research institutes to address the resulting profound challenges and to present and discuss their new ideas, research results, applications, and experience in all fields of mathematical and related sciences. Outcome: The proceedings of the conference will be of immense use to the participants. In this conference, academicians, technocrats, and researchers had an opportunity to interact with eminent persons in all fields of mathematical and related sciences. The topics covered were comprehensive and will aid in developing and understanding new developments and emerging trends in this area. The interaction between the participants and the experts who presented their experiences and expertise was fruitful and objective especially for faculty and students. The presence of eminent mathematicians, both national and international, at a single conference helped in forming networks to facilitate efforts to solve inter-disciplinary research problems.
