Title information
Summary of this volume: The 1st international Conference “2D Systems of the Strong Correlated Electrons: From Fundamental Research to Practical Applications” has been devoted to fundamental and applied studies, practical application of two-dimensional systems of strongly correlated electrons, including graphene nanomaterials. The main scope of the conference included new materials that determine new technologies and increase their effectiveness. In particular, unique properties of such materials, which appear due to quantum effects, have contributed to the development of a new branch--the quantum technologies. The scientific program of the conference covered the following topics: Graphene: new perspectives for applications; Optoelectronics and biosensors based on 2D materials; Spintronic and "valley" electronics, topological insulators and electrons on liquid helium - the path to quantum simulators; Other topics in physics.
These proceedings will be of interest to: PhD students and Graduate Students. Research staff in Scientific groups, laboratories working in nanotechnology science and applications, graphene technologies, quantum physics etc.
