The Mehran University of Engineering and Technology in collaboration with Higher Education Commission has organized 5th International Conference on Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development (EESD2018). The conference provided a platform to experts from all over the world to present their research and share their expertise with academia, researchers, stakeholders, policy makers and others. The experts discussed the possibilities of managing the energy crisis and protecting the environment sustainably. The series of International Conferences on Energy, Environment & Sustainable Development started back from 2009. In every two years, it is held in Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro by Energy and Environmental Engineering Research Group (EEERG). The first conference was held in 2009, second in 2012, third in 2014, fourth in 2016 and fifth in 2018. This is a continuous process after every two years.
