The conference is the 4th series of ICOME that started in 2013 and held biennially, organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. It was a great opportunity of bringing together researchers, scientists, and industrial professionals around the globe to exchange new ideas and information. It also provided a forum to discuss the most recent development and trends in mechanical science and engineering related fields. Topic areas include energy, design, manufacturing, material and control engineering papers.
