Title information
Summary of this volume: Energy supports the provision of basic human needs. Mineral and energy are necessary for the nation prosperity. At the same time, the environment should be protected. At present, the world population is growing rapidly, while the availability of energy resources is limited. Therefore, the use of limited energy resources must be managed carefully and efficiently, and the utilization of energy resources must be in accordance with its regeneration potential.
Environmental sustainability is the most important thing when planning, designing, and perform the exploration, exploitation, and extraction of mineral and energy. The technology used for exploitation and extraction must be developed without harming the natural resources and its sustainability. Environmental sustainability should be integral not only on the government but also for the scientific community.
