Summary of this volume: The 4th International Conference on the Science and Engineering of Materials 2019 (ICoSEM2019) continues a series of events that started in 2013. The objectives were to bring researchers, engineers, and students working in the area of Materials Science and Engineering for exchanging knowledge or ideas on the recent advancement in various aspects and to increase collaborative research in order to produce innovative materials for sustainable future.
