Summary of this volume: The Van Lang International Conference on Heritage and Technology was born in 2020 from the VLU-INCHES, Institute of Cultural Heritage and Development Studies of Van Lang University and the Department of Architecture. This was the first hybrid international conference held in Van Lang University, Vietnam that welcomed experts, researchers, and scholars worldwide, focusing on current and future issues related to innovative techniques and technologies. The university aims to be the international heart of art and restoration to materials science, cultural heritage studies, digital heritage, life sciences, bioscience and computers science, AI, IT, and communication technology, as well as a forum for meeting and discussion with experts, industry operators and enthusiasts around the world. The conference was a significant opportunity to exchange ideas between researchers and companies to promote productive excellence and technological evolution in the educational field.
