Volume 2528 is the proceedings of Topical Issues of Thermophysics, Energetics and Hydrogasdynamics in the Arctic Conditions: Dedicated to the 85th Birthday Anniversary of Professor E. A. Bondarev (12–17 July 2021, Yakutsk, Russia)
Title information
Summary of this volume: All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation Topical Issues of Thermophysics, Energetics and Hydrogasdynamics in the Arctic Conditions continued a series of events that started in 1993. The conference focused on research of kinetics and thermodynamics of formation, growth and decomposition of gas hydrates, study of the properties of gas hydrates, distribution and assessment of reserves of natural gas hydrates, forecast, monitoring and prevention of hydrate formation, gas hydrates in a porous medium, gas hydrates and ecology, and separation and storage of gas using hydrate technologies. These proceedings contain papers that describe a state and development of methods of mathematical modeling, modern problems of mathematics and mechanics, as well as the use of modern numerical implementations of computational methods, in particular numerical methods of continuum mechanics. Special attention is paid to the problems in Arctic and Subarctic regions. Specific topical areas include non-classical problems of mathematical physics, numerical methods of mathematical modeling, mathematical models and numerical methods in continuum mechanics, and physical and technical problems of the Arctic and Subarctic region.
These proceedings will be of interest to: master and PhD students in mathematics and physics programs, teachers and professors of Mathematical Modeling and Physical Departments in Universities, and research staff in scientific laboratories working in mathematics, mathematical modeling, and physics.
