Volume 2551 is the proceedings of Low-dimensional materials: theory, modeling, experiment (12–17 July 2021, Dubna, Russia)
Title information
Summary of this volume: The international conference Low-dimensional materials: theory, modeling experiment was organized by Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR). The Conference covered the wide range of nanoscale phenomena
in low-dimensional materials (LDM). These proceedings contain papers that live in fields such as 2D materials: graphene and others, nanoribbons and carbon nanotubes, Dirac and Weyl metals and semimetals, transport phenomena in LDM, LDM-based heterostructures, LDM functionalization, and LDM in nano/bio electronic devices.
These proceedings will be of interest to: graduate students and PhD working in the field of theory and experiment of electronic properties of modern nanomaterials.
