Summary of this volume: The International Conference on Chemistry and Material Science (IC2MS) occurs every two years, having started in 2017. The conference concentrates on chemistry, material science, and other related fields. This is a joint conference between three chemistry departments (the University of Jember, the State University of Malang, and Brawijaya University). This proceedings contains papers that describe the novel research in any area of chemistry: analytical chemistry and instrumentation, biochemistry, organic chemistry, natural products, inorganic chemistry, material chemistry and catalysis, polymer and membranes, and environmental chemistry.
