Summary of this volume: The 3rd International Conference of Built Environment and Engineering 2022 (IConBEE2022) marked history as the first conference organized by the newly formed College of Built Environment, UiTM with collaboration between the Centre of Studies for Construction, College of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi MARA and the School of Built Environment, Massey University New Zealand, as well as CIOB UK and CIOB Malaysia. This editions theme of 'Fostering Transpicuous Construction Industry reflected the relevance of the conference in addressing issues relating to transparency, integrity, governance, and best-practices in the construction industry. The topics of interest under this theme included Sustainable Construction and Artificial Landscape; Environmental Sciences and Engineering; Architecture and Urban Planning; Construction Law; Ethics and Organizational Management; Civil, Structural, and Material Engineering; Construction Technology; and Disaster Management.
