Summary of this volume: We are pleased to present the 3rd iteration of the International Conference on Machine Learning and Information Processing (ICMLIP-2023). This volume contains thirty-eight papers presented at the conference, which was held virtually on February 25-26th, 2023. ICMLIP-2023 was organized by the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Usha Martin University, Ranchi, India. This conference provided a platform for researchers and academicians to share knowledge and information about state-of-the-art research topics as well as the latest findings in machine learning and information processing. The program consisted of parallel sessions as well as deliberations with distinguished speakers covering wide range of topics in machine learning and information processing.
