Summary of this volume: The Fourth Al-Noor International Conference for Science and Technology (4NICST2022) included three main streams: Engineering, Sciences, and Agriculture. The conference is managed by the Iraqi Society for Engineering Management (ISEM) and supported by Gulf College – Oman, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad -- Iran, the University of Information Technology and Communication -- Iraq, The Information Institute for postgraduate studies – Iraq, the University of Telafer -- Iraq, the university of Al-Qasim Green – Iraq, and the University of Northampton staff – United Kingdom. The conference committees attempted to open prospects for cooperation with all universities in the conference activities by selecting session chairs and keynote speakers from them. The conference opening ceremony was distinctive by inviting keynote speakers from Oman, the UK, and Iraq.
