Summary of this volume: The 5th Parul University International Conference on Engineering & Technology (PICET) was successfully organized by the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Parul University. The theme of the conference was SMART & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENTS IN ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY. PiCET-2023 aimed to create an international forum for academicians, researchers, and scientists across the globe to discuss the status of current research and advanced techniques to address emerging technologies in engineering and its allied branches. Over the past three editions, PICET has been a platform to display, discuss, and analyze emerging trends in engineering, the move towards an era of "Smart Engineering," and related feedback from participants and domain experts.
