Summary of this volume: The International Scientific and Practical Conference RAKHMATULIN READINGS was held on May 26-27, 2023, in Tashkent at the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. The conference was organized by the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Institute of Mechanics and Seismic Stability of Structures named after M.T.Urazbayev of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after N.Y. Zhukovsky.
