Summary of this volume: The 14th edition of the conference was held in Bydgoszcz on October 9-11, 2023, at the Mercure Hotel. This issue contains papers prepared for EM'23 by the authors of scientific and research centers both domestic and foreign. The issues raised in the papers are in line with the theme of the conference and concerned electro-erosion machining, additive methods (SLA, SLS, FDM, DMLS), unconventional machining methods (water laser, waterjet), microtechnologies. The conference showed great interest in the research on EDM, ECM, and growing importance of Additive Manufacturing.
